Forget Me Not   

Hi Debbie,

I'm from Springfield - you took my order over the phone on the evening of 7.23.09 and it was close to the end of the day. You were so patient and kind with me. Thank you for the excellent customer service. My wife LOVED the flowers and the fact that you delivered them to the restaurant where we were having our anniversary was a nice touch.

Really great service! Called on a Sunday in the afternoon, they were so nice and helpful. Prices are very affordable. I live out of town and would recommend them to anyone!!

I just placed an order and, even though it is Valentine's Day, the lady who took my order made sure that my sympathy arrangement would be delivered on Sunday morning!!! Customer service was great and I got exactly what I asked for. Forget 1800Flowers...I will only order directly from the florist from now on!!! If you live in the Joplin area, this should be your florist of choice!

Excellent place to do business. They have beautiful flowers that seem to last forever, friendly service...very accomodating and helpful, and a nice little shop. They have a lot of nice things that you won't find everywhere else. After I had only been in a few times, they remembered my name, and treated me like they had known me forever. I would definately recommend them to anyone wanting the best value for their money!

If you desire personal attention to your order and want fresh, unique flowers this is the place to go. This family owned business will go out of their way to make sure your order is exact and delivered in a timely manner. A visit to their shop to see the unique, creative arrangements, out of the ordinary flowers, plants and gifts is well worth your time.

Even calling after 9:00 PM the night before Valentine's Day, Carrie answered the phone cheerfully and helped me get a wonderful deal on flowers for my fiance's Mom. She was sweet and bubbly and I will definitely call Forget Me Not for deliveries in the Joplin area!
