This is a gift basket that we did for a family with a new baby boy. It contained a vase of flowers, a personalized bow with ribbons for the baby's Name, birth date, weight & length. Under the bow, was a bunny, Woodwick candle, some lotion for mom, a sterling silver photo album, & candy. It also had a group of balloons tied to it that are not pictured.
***I do not claim to be a photographer, and this looked much better in person, I only post these pictures to give you ideas of different things you can do.
Here is a similar basket we did. Again, it had the bow with baby's info, candle, stuffed animal, flowers, lotion, picture frame and balloons (not pictured)

I personally make each one...by hand... to say exactly what you want. They make great keepsakes for special occasions. For a new baby, it includes their name, birth date, weight & length. It is then either attached to a large bow with a little stuffed animal in the middle, or a gift basket with flowers, candles, candy...etc. (shown above)
